Cancellation & Rescheduling <48 hours’ notice: No fee <24 hours’ notice: 25% of service total <6 hours’ notice: 50% of service total Less than 6 hours’ notice: 75% of service total Cancellation fees may be applied to a future rescheduled appointment. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and are not transferable. Refunds Services are based on professional time, product, and expertise. Refunds are not guaranteed. Alternative solutions may be offered at the provider’s discretion. Revisions One complimentary revision may be offered if the final result does not align with the agreed consultation. Eligibility is determined by the service provider. Model Services Model appointments are discounted and require flexibility. Pricing, revisions, and outcomes differ from standard services. Additional services are charged at current rates.
